Very good

Very good quality, feels good when in use, whether for pressing or pulling from the floor.

Thank you for taking the time to review the barbell Nic

It's a decent bar

It's a decent bar for home use. I'm only deadlifted up to 200kg with it and there isn't much flex so I guess the 1000lb rating could be accurate.
The knurls are small and don’t give much grip as your weights increase.
Overall I’m happy to be able to train at home with it. I’ve used much lower quality bars at gyms.

Thank you Ian for your valuable review. We hope that you keep building up strength!
